Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the individual or the organization you represent, "you" or "Customer") and Admiresty, Inc. ("Admiresty," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of TLINK PRO, including all associated APIs, dashboards, integrations, and documentation (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

TLINK PRO is a cloud-based security platform that provides continuous attack-surface monitoring, threat intelligence, and automated scanning capabilities. The Service includes, but is not limited to: passive and active reconnaissance of domains, IP addresses, and related infrastructure; detection of exposed services, misconfigured assets, and credential leaks; SSL/TLS certificate monitoring; dark-web and breach-data monitoring for email addresses and domains; alert and notification delivery via email and webhook; and API access for programmatic integration with your security tooling.

The specific features and limits available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased. Feature availability is described in the plan comparison on our pricing page and may change as we evolve the platform, with advance notice for material reductions in functionality.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@admiresty.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account that occur before you notify us.

Each account is intended for use by a single individual or, in the case of team plans, by the authorized members of one organization. You may not share account credentials with individuals outside your organization, create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits, or use automated scripts to create accounts in bulk.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and keep your account information up to date. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service to monitor assets that you own, control, or have explicit written authorization from the asset owner to scan. Using TLINK PRO to conduct unauthorized scanning of third-party infrastructure, even for purported security research, is strictly prohibited and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Our full list of prohibited activities is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of that policy is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to remove any monitoring target, alert, or API key that we determine — in our sole discretion — is being used in violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

TLINK PRO is offered under a subscription model. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the billing cycle you selected at sign-up. All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period; we do not prorate unused time. After the billing period ends your account reverts to the free tier (if one exists) or becomes read-only.

All payments are final. We do not issue refunds except at our sole discretion (for example, in cases of billing errors or where required by law). If you believe you have been billed in error, contact legal@admiresty.co within 30 days of the charge. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice; price changes take effect at your next renewal.

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge according to our dunning schedule and notify you by email. Accounts with unpaid balances older than 14 days may be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. API Usage

Access to the TLINK PRO API is subject to rate limits that vary by plan tier. Rate limits are documented in our API reference and are enforced per API key. Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses; sustained abuse may result in temporary or permanent key revocation.

You may not use the API to scrape or harvest data beyond what is necessary for your own legitimate security operations, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, build competing products using our API, or bypass scan limits or other plan restrictions programmatically. API keys are non-transferable and may not be shared outside your organization.

7. Data Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of the monitoring targets you configure and the scan data we collect on your behalf. Admiresty owns the TLINK PRO platform, software, algorithms, models, and all intellectual property therein.

By using the Service, you grant Admiresty a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, process, store, and transmit your data solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not acquire any other rights in your data, and we will never use your security data to build externally distributed threat-intelligence products without your explicit consent.

Upon termination or deletion of your account, we will make your data available for export for a period of 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted per our data retention policy.

8. Service Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain high availability of the TLINK PRO platform. We provide a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for customers on Pro and Enterprise plans. Uptime is calculated per calendar month excluding scheduled maintenance windows, which we announce at least 24 hours in advance via our status page. Free-tier accounts do not have an uptime SLA.

SLA credits, where applicable, are the exclusive remedy for downtime. Credits do not apply to outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet backbone failures, third-party service disruptions, or customer-caused issues.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ADMIRESTY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SECURITY MONITORING REDUCES RISK BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SYSTEMS ARE SECURE OR THAT ALL VULNERABILITIES WILL BE DETECTED. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN CYBERSECURITY POSTURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADMIRESTY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADMIRESTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

ADMIRESTY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Admiresty to the extent permitted by applicable law.
